El también coordinador del Centro de Producción Audiovisual de la UDCI mencionó que “la gran mayoría de los estudiantes universitarios a los que yo les doy clase siempre me llegaban con la inquietud de que no consiguen trabajo para pagar la colegiatura, y al cabo de 3 meses tenían que abandonar sus estudios”.
La connferencia fue dirigida a los estudiantes de distintas preparatorias con la intención de motivarlos a luchar por sus metas tanto en la escuela como en su vida laboral, ofreciéndoles también algunas recomendaciones para no desistir.
Como primera recomendación invitó a los estudiantes a identificar cuáles son sus potencialidades, las cosas que los mueven y apasionan, y buscar una manera de cumplir sus metas profesionales en base a esas aptitudes.
En segundo término, los exhortó a plantear un esquema de trabajo a 6 meses, a 1 año y a 3 años, estableciendo metas y objetivos con fechas que los motive a que se programen mejor y comiencen a hacer las cosas de manera orientada a través de proyectos a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
“Lo último es dar el paso, pues hay muchas personas que dicen que quieren hacer algo, pero no dan el paso, se quedan sentados en las redes sociales, viendo la tele, y no dan el paso, si se quedan sentados nunca jamás van a poder triunfar, y van a tener que dar el paso si quieren lograr sus metas”,
Muchos motivadores y conferencistas incitan a los jóvenes a dejar sus empleos actuales para salir a conseguir un sueño profesional, sin embargo, esto podría ser contraproducente para quienes comienzan a emprender, pues es necesario contar con un ingreso estable para sacar adelante un proyecto personal.
“Esos que promueven esas teorías no dicen las cifras de cantidad de fracasos de esas personas que dejan todo por emprender algo nuevo, entonces hay que ser mesurado y hay que tener mucha inteligencia, sobre todo si tienes una familia o un patrimonio tienes que irte con mucha cautela, entonces sí seguir trabajando, ir ganando un salario, ir cumpliendo un horario hasta que encuentres esa otra cosa extra que te permita vivir de eso sin tener que depender del ingreso natural”, concluyó.
