Existe un rezago del 50 % en materia de pavimentación en la ciudad, estimó el presidente de la Cámara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcción (CMIC) Delegación Tijuana, Gabriel Antonio Valenzuela Moreno.
Francisco Javier Paredes Rodríguez, director de general de la Junta de Urbanización del Estado, planteó que se ha observado que en los últimos años las autoridades han estado enfocando su atención no sólo en los bulevares principales, sino también en la zona de la periferia de la ciudad.
“Están tratando de atacar el mantenimiento no sólo de las vialidades principales, pero en las zonas marginadas, la Junta ha estado invirtiendo sus recursos en obras de pavimentación, asfalto y en la rehabilitación de pluviales”, resaltó.
Celebró el que las autoridades estén tomando en cuenta a las empresas afiliadas al CMIC para poder cerrar con la obra que tienen programado ejecutar este año.
“Las autoridades están interesadas en que las empresas de la CMIC participen en estas obras, siempre les hemos quedado bien en calidad y tiempo; todos los afiliados tienen empresas formarles, quienes cumplen con todos los requerimientos técnicos establecidos en las obras que emprenden”, indicó.
Mencionó que de acuerdo a la información expuesta por el director General de la Junta de Urbanización del Estado, acaban de llegar a la entidad 85 millones de pesos para obras de pavimentación para atender el rezago que se tienen en las colonias de la periferia de la ciudad, recurso de debe ser utilizado este año.
Debido a que el recurso debe de agostarse en el mes de diciembre, hizo un exhorto a las autoridades para que sean aprobadas las licitaciones lo antes posible, y de esta manera poder arrancar con estas obras aunque sencillas, tienen un impacto importante en la comunidad.
“Es importante ir abatiendo este rezago día a día, el lograr optimizar los recursos para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, en donde se van a hacer las obras”, planteó.
Durante su participación el director de General de Junta de Urbanización del Estado, comentó ante los constructores, que proyectan cerrar el año fuerte con una inversión en total de 200 millones de pesos en obras en la entidad, cuyos recursos serán destinados principalmente para la rehabilitación y construcción de nuevas vialidades.
Además adelantó ya tienen aprobados los primeros 40 millones de pesos para empezar con la construcción y reparación de vialidades en colonias y fraccionamientos.
Ante los pronósticos de un invierno lluvioso, dijo que se solicitará recurso de reserva para bacheo, ya que las precipitaciones provocan afectaciones en las vialidades.
