A fin de fomentar la actividad física y el deporte para prevenir enfermedades y fortalecer la convivencia entre las nuevas generaciones de rosaritenses, el Instituto Municipal del Deporte (Imder) de Playas de Rosarito en conjunto con el Sistema Educativo Estatal (SEE), realizaron un Rally Deportivo en la escuela secundaria Lucio Blanco.
El coordinador del departamento Deporte Escolar de Imder, Francisco Huerta, detalló que por primera vez se llevó a cabo en una secundaria un Rally Deportivo, en el cual participaron más de 200 alumnos del primer grado; mismos que realizaron un circuito con ejercicios como correr con soga, lanzamiento de aro, sentadillas en grupo, lanzamiento de pelota, entre otros.
“Por instrucción de la presidenta Mirna Rincón Vargas iniciamos con la promoción del rally deportivo en secundarias y también se planea llevarlo a las primarias, esto para inculcar la actividad física y el deporte, así como fomentar el trabajo en equipo, para mejoramiento de la salud, mantenerse sanos y evitar obesidad y enfermedades derivadas”, informó Huerta.
El funcionario invitó a los jóvenes a estar pendiente de las convocatorias del Imder ya que se pretende continuar con este tipo de actividades en diferentes escuelas con lo cual se pretende llegar cada vez a más jóvenes.
Por su parte la directora del plantel educativo Celia Pérez, destacó la importancia de integrar al deporte en la educación de los jóvenes mediante juegos y trabajo en equipo; ya que impactan de manera positiva en la salud de los alumnos.
